What is new for the 2023 Jeep Wrangler?
The Jeep Wrangler's 2023 lineup consists of five models which include the Sport, Sport S, Sahara, Rubicon, and the Rubicon 392. It continues to offer its front and rear five-link suspension system, a body-on-frame design, solid axles, and electronic lockers. The Wrangler is one of the few SUVs to offer its six-speed manual transmission as well as offering an eight-speed automatic transmission. The Jeep Wrangler also offers an optional Xtreme Recon Package that is available on the Rubicon four-door, the Rubicon 392, and the Willys four-door models. This package includes 35-inch BF Goodrich KO2 all-terrain tires, a 4.56:1 axle ratio, swing gate reinforcement,17-by-8-inch bead-lock capable wheels, and a 1.5-inch factory suspension lift with uniquely tuned shocks.
What are the Jeep Wrangler's engine options?
The 2023 Jeep Wrangler has various powertrain options which include a 470 horsepower 6.4-liter V-8 HEMI engine for the Rubicon 392 model as well as a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine with engine stop-start (ESS) technology. Another powertrain option includes a 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 with ESS or mild-hybrid e-Torque technology.
