The Tradesman trim continues to lead off the Ram 1500 lineup in the 2025 model year, and although it is the entry-level trim, it still has a lot to offer! Like most of the Ram 1500 lineup, the Tradesman comes standard with a quad cab and six-foot-four-inch bed, while a crew cab with either the same bed or a five-foot-seven-inch bed is optional. In 2025, the Ram 1500 maintains its overall shape and size while the grille is enlarged and leaned forward for a more commanding road presence. Additionally, the headlights are reshaped, adding to the aggressive look. The Tradesman continues to feature 18-inch steel wheels and black bumpers like the previous generations. Meanwhile, other exterior features include heated/power-adjustable side mirrors, black fender flares, black side mirror housings, LED headlights, and more. Stepping inside, you'll find comfortable and convenient amenities like an electronic parking brake switch, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, an 8.4-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen, power door locks, power windows, and a full suite of driver aids.

The Big Horn trim takes everything the entry-level Tradesman trim has to offer to the next level. It features an instantly recognizable design with a chrome grille surround matching the chrome bumpers and Bright 18-inch alloy wheels. Other exterior features include body-color fender flares and LED fog lights. Getting behind the wheel, you'll find a 'Big Horn' instrument panel badge along with a comfortable leather-wrapped steering wheel. The amount of available options that the Big Horn is eligible for is as impressive as the truck itself. These include 20-inch alloy wheels, a multi-function tailgate, four-corner air suspension, a panoramic dual-pane sunroof, more driver aids, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, heated front seats, a 12-inch touchscreen, and Black or Diesel Gray premium cloth upholstery. The Big Horn is also eligible for the Night Edition Package and Sport Appearance Package.

The Laramie trim is a fan-favorite in the Ram 1500 lineup, as it provides luxurious comfort and convenience for all. It is the first 2025 Ram 1500 model to come standard with the all-new Hurricane engine with 420 horsepower. The Ram 1500's exterior is upgraded by the Laramie with side mirror-integrated LED turn signals, an auto-dimming driver's side mirror, and 20-inch polished alloy wheels. However, most of the Laramie's upgrades are found inside the cabin. These include an auto-dimming rearview mirror, Alpine premium audio with ten speakers, eight-way power-adjustable front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, a new Chevron film decorative trim, heated/cooled front seats, and more. The Laramie is also eligible to be upgraded to a new Bison Brown/Sea Salt Grey interior color scheme. 

The Rebel was first introduced to the Ram 1500 lineup in 2016 as the most capable Ram 1500 trim level, offering a vast array of off-roading features for those with a more adventurous spirit. The Rebel features an exclusive grille that has become iconic of the trim level, along with off-road-tuned Bilstein shock absorbers, standard 4x4, 33-inch Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac all-terrain tires, a one-inch factory lift, an electronic locking rear differential, bumper-integrated front tow hooks, and high-strength steel skid plates for the protection of vital undercarriage components. The Rebel's cabin features a 12.3-inch fully digital instrument cluster, a 12-inch touchscreen, rubber floor mats, a new Black/Red ombre color scheme, and more. The Rebel comes standard with a crew cab featuring class-leading rear legroom along with a five-foot-seven-inch bed. 

The Limited trim reaches the pinnacle of automotive luxury with a wide range of exclusive features. The Limited trim comes with the high-output variant of the new Hurricane engine and boasts 540 horsepower. The exterior of the Ram 1500 Limited features an exclusive grille design, full LED lighting, and exclusive 20-inch alloy wheels. Meanwhile, the interior gains the most upgrades with first-class luxury features. These include but are not limited to a power-adjustable tilt/telescoping leather-wrapped steering wheel, 100% leather seating, power-adjustable floor pedals, 12-way power-adjustable front seats, heated/cooled front and rear outboard seats, a 12-inch touchscreen, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, and more. In 2025, the cabin of the Ram 1500 Limited gains a new Black Ebony open-pore wood veneer dashboard trim. The Limited comes standard with a crew cab and short bed, while the long bed is optional.

Atop the 2025 Ram 1500 trim level is the all-new Tungsten trim. While the aforementioned Limited trim has long held the title of the most luxurious truck in its class, the Tungsten takes that title with a level of luxury that is nothing short of unimaginable. Outside, the Tungsten features puddle lights illuminating the ground beneath the doors, an exclusive grille, eye-catching 22-inch alloy wheels, a remote power-release tailgate, and a dual-pane panoramic sunroof. Stepping inside, you're treated to luxurious Natura Plus leather upholstery, 12-way power-adjustable front seats with heating, cooling, and massaging, and a Klipsch Reference Premier audio system with a class-leading 23 speakers. Other advanced technology features include more than 50 inches of digital display screens, featuring a new class-exclusive 10.25-inch passenger touchscreen, a digital rearview mirror, a largest-in-class 14.5-inch touchscreen, a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, and a 10-inch head-up display.
