What is the 2025 Ram 1500 Tungsten?

The all-new Tungsten trim can easily be picked out from the rest of the lineup with a few exclusive design features. Of course, the Tungsten badge on the tailgate is a surefire way to tell, but there are other notes that help it stand out. The grille, for example, receives an exclusive, more elegant design scheme while maintaining the facelift that the rest of the lineup received. A crew cab and a five-foot-seven-inch bed are standard equipment. The crew cab provides best-in-class rear legroom at 45.2 inches. The lighting is also upgraded for the Tungsten, as it features premium LED lights, LED daytime running lights, and LED fog lights. The daytime running lights perform a welcome sequence when the driver approaches the vehicle with the key fob. Simultaneously, the side mirrors will illuminate the ground with a projected image of the 'RAM' script. Other exterior features include an all-new power-remote tailgate, 22-inch alloy wheels, reshaped headlights, and an array of other unique upgrades. 

While the Tungsten's luxury is announced with the exterior, you won't get the full experience until you step inside. The cabin features quilted Natura Plus leather upholstery along with front seats that are heated, cooled, massaging, and 24-way power-adjustable. Meanwhile, diamond-knurled dual-texture metal accents are strategically placed throughout the cabin to complement the color scheme. Overhead, you'll notice a premium suede headliner. The cabin also features more than 50 inches of digital display screens, including the 10-inch head-up display, 12-inch fully digital gauge cluster, all-new 14.5-inch Uconnect 5 infotainment touchscreen, and all-new 10.25-inch front passenger co-piloting touchscreen. Finally, occupants enjoy a crystal clear, rich audio experience with an industry-exclusive Klipsch Reference Premier audio system featuring 23 speakers, including a 12-inch high-performance subwoofer and two one-inch dome tweeters.

The all-new Hurricane 6 engine is a twin-turbocharged 3.0L inline-six. It is available in both a standard output and high-output variant. The standard output Hurricane 6 puts out an impressive 420 horsepower and 469 lb-ft of torque. The Ram 1500 Tungsten, however, comes standard with the high-output variant, which lays down an exciting 540 horsepower and 520 lb-ft of torque. The engine comes paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission powering a four-wheel drive system. The Tungsten trim is also available in the all-new Ram 1500 Ramcharger lineup, which features a plug-in hybrid powertrain, unleashing 663 horsepower and 615 lb-ft of torque.
